Job Summary
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain and update internal controls spreadsheets systems and operational reports;
- Support monitoring of operational KPIs and assist in preparing performance;
- Retrieve and organize information from airlines shipping lines terminals and navigation companies;
- Manage documentation for import and export processes ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Provide support to the operations team contributing to continuous improvement projects and overall process efficiency.
Other Skills Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word);
- Organization attention to detail and ability to follow processes;
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team;
- Interest in developing a career in logistics and international operations.
