Description The Application Intern is responsible to assist the training manager in reporting monthly Key Performance Indicators emitting customers flights and accommodation doing customers reimbursements from In House trainings and doing administrative tasks.
Also he/she will attend some In House trainings to improve the knowledge in all Elekta Software products.

Responsibilities
  • Request customers flights and accommodation.

  • Review customer meals reimbursement during in house training.

  • Report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monthly.

  • Help Applications Trainer with administrative tasks/certificates.

  • Attend In House training with Applications Trainer.

  • Complete reports/Work Orders/ Project Tasks on CLM when requested.

  • Complete all necessary training preparation.

Relevant Knowledge SKILLS and competencies
  • Currently an undergraduate in Physics or Medical Physics.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interact with customers effectively (via phone or face-to-face).

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills (Spanish language is a plus).

  • Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint.
