Job Summary

The Analyst Procurement Operations is responsible for maintaining and updating Vendor Master Data with high accuracy and compliance to organizational standards. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP (MDG) ( and S/4HANA systems along with data validation quality control and coordination across global stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor São Paulo Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
This is a sensitive position according the AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.

What you will do

  • Create update and maintain vendor master records in SAP MDG and S/4HANA systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Validate vendor information including banking tax and regulatory details.
  • Coordinate with procurement finance and compliance teams for vendor onboarding and updates.
  • Handle vendor master queries and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Perform data quality checks and generate reports for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in vendor master data processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to internal controls.

We believe you have

  • Bachelors degree OR finishing university in Commerce Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in Finance procurement operations/ Vendor Master Data / Master Data Management or similar field.
  • Knowledge of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) OR S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and willing to become proficient
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables basic formulas).
  • Fundamental knowledge of data analysis and data validation techniques.
  • Plus if possessing knowledge of Vendor Master Data lifecycle and governance.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
