In this role a typical day will look like:
- Provide case management support for active service systems
- Deliver administrative support for data refresh activities in required systems
- Lead or support service-related software implementation and enhancement projects
- Produce reports for product quality departmental performance and day-to-day service operations
- Help develop implement and improve service software systems and processes
- Partner across teams to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BS/BA in Business Computer Science Management Information Systems or equivalent experience; willingness to pursue coursework is also considered
- At least3 years of experiencein a service or customer service systems support environment
- Administrator certificationor equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with business software and process flows
- Fluency inEnglish and Portuguese plus someSpanish
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- ServiceMax Certified Administrator Ior equivalent experience
- Oracleexperience
- Exposure tolean toolsorchange management
