Agentic Architecture Lead Spanish Speaking

The Mission

We are looking for an Agentic Architecture Lead to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures building intelligent production-ready applications that integrate LLMs real-time data and scalable cloud infrastructure.

This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.

What You Will Do

• Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs vector search and real-time data.

• Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.

• Implement RAG pipelines model serving and AI agents in production.

• Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack AI Data).

• Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure quality through testing CI/CD and cloud-native best practices.

Qualifications :

Your Background

• 7 years in software engineering designing distributed systems

• Strong full-stack experience (React FastAPI)

• Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition

• Expert-level Python

• Hands-on experience with LLMs vector databases or RAG architectures

• Familiarity with Docker CI/CD pipelines and relational databases
• Experience with Databricks (Lakebase MLflow Unity Catalog)
• Strong Spanish language skills
• Strong English language skills 

Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain AutoGen)

• Experience with full-stack

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
