About the job

For one of our clients within the European institutions we are looking for a Web User Experience Specialist to support the SERVE Unit in strengthening service quality management in line with DG ITECs strategic objectives.

The role focuses on improving user experience increasing transparency of IT services and enhancing service quality through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Web User Experience Specialist will work within a customer-centric IT environment focused on delivering high-quality digital workplace services (equipment applications support and collaboration tools). The SERVE Unit plays a key role in bridging business users and IT providers ensuring continuous improvement of service delivery and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve user experience across IT service platforms (websites)
• Collect interpret and report on user experience and service data
• Create clear and engaging materials (presentations visuals web content)
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in IT services and propose improvements
• Analyse statistical data related to IT services usage
• Maintain an inventory of IT policies impacting DG ITEC systems
• Prepare monthly reports based on CRM feedback
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)

Your Profile

• 13 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of post-secondary education (or equivalent experience)
• Good command of English and/or French
• Experience in digital communication and web environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to create documentation and deliver presentations
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels

• Website management with a focus on user experience
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyse and structure service-related data
• Understanding of IT services and user needs
• Knowledge of accessibility principles in digital environments (nice to have)
• Team-oriented mindset able to collaborate across functions
