Job Summary

Web Application Developer PHP / SIS

We are looking for an experienced Web Application Developer to design develop maintain test and support secure and high-availability applications within a critical information system environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications across the full development lifecycle.
Work on both backend web services and frontend applications.
Analyse functional and technical requirements and provide technical solutions.
Develop test document and support applications.
Contribute to application security modernization and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues.

Required Skills

PHP 5.6/7
JavaScript AngularJS jQuery Ajax
CodeIgniter and Smarty
SQL
REST Web Services
Git and DevOps
Experience with multi-user high-availability applications

Languages

Native-level Dutch or French
Working knowledge of English

Location & Contract

Brussels Belgium
Full-time 40 hours/week
Start: 1 September 2026
Contract until end of 2026 with possible extension
Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week onsite
