Volvo Car BeLux is the official importer and distributor of Volvo Cars in Belgium and Luxembourg proudly representing a premium automotive brand with strong Scandinavian roots. From our office in Brussels we work closely with an extensive retail network to bring Volvos latest innovations in safety sustainability and design to our customers across both markets.
Volvo Car Belux is looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service this role as Warranty Analyst you will be responsible for the end-to-end warranty and claims handling process for our retailer network. You will assess whether incoming requests comply with the applicable guidelines as described in Volvos Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual (WPPM) ensure accurate administrative and financial processing and analyse data to help reduce warranty costs.
As a Warranty Analyst you will be responsible for the end-to-end warranty and claims handling process working closely with retailers and internal stakeholders. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assessing and processing incoming warranty claims in line with technical specifications warranty terms and applicable guidelines (e.g. WPPM).
- Ensuring accurate administrative operational and financial processing of warranty claims.
- Analysing warranty and claims data to identify trends recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Providing reporting and insights to support product improvement quality control and cost reduction initiatives.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for retailers and internal departments regarding claim status and warranty-related queries.
- Monitoring invoicing and reimbursements and handling rejected or disputed claims.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing improvements to increase effectiveness and compliance.
- Ensuring all activities comply with company policies legal requirements and Volvo Cars regulations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data processes and stakeholder collaboration. You bring:
- A higher-education level of thinking ideally with a technical or business-oriented background (e.g. automotive engineering logistics) or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear conclusions and actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing claim documentation and financial information.
- Clear and structured communication skills in Dutch (Flemish) French and English both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical or financial decisions to different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data analysis tools and dealer management systems (e.g. AS400 or similar).
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
