VIE Methods Engineer

As a Manufacturing/Methods Engineer your key responsibilities will include:

• Define Manufacturing and Assembly Methods; Analyze product designs and specifications to select appropriate processes equipment and tooling. Develop manufacturing routings work instructions and technical documentation (e.g. bills of materials assembly guidelines)
• Industrialize New or Modified Product:Support prototype and pre-series phases ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to full-scale production. Validate processes to meet quality cost and timeline target
• Optimize Existing Process:Identify inefficiencies (waste time losses material issues) and apply Lean/Kaizen/5S methodologies. Contribute to cost-reduction and lead-time optimization initiativ
• Provide Technical Support to Production: Troubleshoot manufacturing issues participate in non-conformance analyses and implement corrective actions. Train operators and production teams on new methods tools or equipment. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with quality design logistics and production teams to deploy new machinery tools or process improvements. Ensure alignment between technical requirements and operational execution.

Qualifications :

Qualifications: 

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• First experience in manufacturing methods/industrialization engineering; experience in process engineering is a plus.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (B2 level or higher). 
• Strong analytical mindset rigor and hands-on problem-solving in production enviroments.
