Job Description:
V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a program run by Business France the French government agency. It allows young professionals from the European Economic Area to work for a French company outside of France for a limited period. Participants are not Ipsen employees but have a special V.I.E status.
To take part in the program there are specific eligibility criteria that must be met and will be verified by Business France. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot be part of this program but can apply to other opportunities within Ipsen.

Your mission
Join Ipsens Benelux HR team and gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities in an international environment. You will support HR operations employee experience talent initiatives and transformation projects across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to learning engagement and DE&I initiatives.
- Support HR reporting and people analytics.
- Participate in regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders across the Benelux region.
About you
- Masters degree in human resources Business Psychology or related field.
- Eligible for the V.I.E. program.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized proactive and collaborative.
- Comfortable working with data and Excel.
