Job Summary

UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research interviews surveys focus groups and usability testing.
Analyse user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
Maintain and further develop the Design System ensuring consistency accessibility and usability.
Support analysts and developers in implementing user-centred interfaces.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and development teams throughout projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Designer.
Strong experience with Figma Axure and Conceptboard.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility principles.
Experience designing managing and maintaining Design Systems.
Strong user research and usability testing skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bilingual French and Dutch.
A portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will be rejected.
