Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Brussels Belgium (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive accessible and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with business analysts developers and stakeholders to research user needs design intuitive interfaces and continuously improve the overall user experience.

Please note: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Conduct user research through interviews surveys focus groups and usability testing.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
• Design wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces using a mobile-first approach.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers throughout the design and implementation process.
• Ensure applications comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Maintain and enhance the organizations Design System.
• Present design concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

• Strong experience with Figma Axure Conceptboard and Mentimeter.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in user research usability testing wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• French: Native
• Dutch: Active knowledge
• English: Active knowledge
