Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive user-centered digital experiences and continuously improve the usability of applications and websites. You will work closely with business stakeholders analysts and developers to design accessible and effective user interfaces.

• Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews surveys focus groups and usability testing.
• Analyze user needs and translate requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Design wireframes prototypes and user interfaces (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) using a mobile-first approach.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Validate designs through user testing and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
• Maintain and contribute to the Design System.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Figma
  • Axure
  • Conceptboard
  • Mentimeter
  • WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Standards
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Expertise in wireframing prototyping and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design projects is required.
