About the job

We are looking for an experienced User Documentation & Training Consultantto support the adoption and effective use of key digital solutions within the European Institutions.

In this role you will combine training delivery content creation user support and stakeholder collaboration helping end-users get the most out of business-critical applications while contributing to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design deliver and continuously improve instructor-led and online training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials user manuals FAQs e-learning content and online help resources.
• Provide first-level support to end-users via email phone and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders project managers and development teams.
• Support application testing activities and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate the rollout and adoption of new digital tools and services across the organization.

Profile requirements

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or Masters degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in IT training and end-user support.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Customer-oriented proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools including Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
• Experience creating training documentation user guides tutorials and knowledge base content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence Visio Captivate Camtasia GIMP HTML or ITIL is considered an asset.
• Experience with testing activities and user acceptance support is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
