Test Analyst – eHealth Digital Platform Job ID JP054568

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support the functional validation of a large-scale digital healthcare platform responsible for managing and exchanging sensitive healthcare referral and prescription data.

You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability quality and compliance of business processes workflows integrations and user experiences before production releases. Working closely with business stakeholders analysts developers and testing teams you will contribute to the delivery of a secure and high-quality solution in a highly regulated environment.

• Analyze user stories business requirements and functional specifications to ensure testability.
• Design and maintain comprehensive functional test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate business rules workflows and end-to-end healthcare processes.
• Identify functional gaps edge cases and integration risks.

• Execute functional integration regression and end-to-end tests.
• Maintain test cases and regression suites within test management tools.
• Track test execution progress and defect status.
• Verify defect fixes and support quality validation activities.
• Contribute to release validation and Go/No-Go recommendations.

• Work closely with business stakeholders analysts developers and QA teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Provide clear and structured reporting on testing progress risks and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve defects.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of regression and functional test automation.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst or Functional Test Analyst.
• Proven experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as TestLink Xray Zephyr Scale Octane or similar.
• Experience using Jira or equivalent issue-tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.

• Experience in healthcare public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Experience testing multi-system integrations and complex workflows.
• Experience validating web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright Cypress Postman or similar.
• Knowledge of end-to-end testing and release validation processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to identify edge cases and functional inconsistencies.
• Structured approach to test coverage traceability and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Fluent Dutch.
• Good working knowledge of French.
• Good working knowledge of English.
