Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects including planning engineering procurement construction commissioning and start-up
• Act as the primary technical project interface between clients contractors suppliers and internal stakeholders in DBOO (Design Build Own & Operate) projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage interfaces with project development commercial procurement and legal functions
• Manage project schedules budgets resources risks and change control processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards regulations environmental requirements and HSE policies
• Review and approve technical specifications engineering deliverables and contractor documentation through to handover to the team Operations & Maintenance
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Lead project meetings progress reviews and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Senior-level experience in technical project management within the energy power generation or industrial infrastructure sector
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale energy generation projects with strong knowledge in EPC and/or multi-lot project execution
• Project Management certification (PMP IPMA PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage
• Experience with permitting processes in Belgium and/or the Netherlands is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1); additional language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel with on-site presence depending on project phase
