Technical Lead Modern Workplace (Hybrid Brussels)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Modern Workplace to support the evolution stability and optimization of a large-scale digital workplace environment within a complex enterprise setting.

The role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership focusing on Microsoft 365 cloud technologies security and hybrid workplace solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for Modern Workplace solutions
• Design implement and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Office 365 Entra ID and collaboration platforms
• Act as the technical reference point for complex incidents changes and improvement initiatives
• Support and coach team members on best practices and technical challenges
• Ensure the stability consistency security and performance of end-user workplace solutions
• Contribute to technical standards guidelines and reference architectures
• Integrate Modern Workplace services with existing IT systems and infrastructure
• Support hybrid and remote working initiatives (NWOW/HWOW)
• Participate in projects through technical reviews solution design and implementation support
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Monitor technology trends and continuously improve workplace solutions

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Architecture or Technology Lead roles
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with Modern Workplace and End-User Solutions
• Strong expertise in:
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Entra ID
  • Collaboration and digital workplace solutions
  • Cloud technologies (Azure)
  • Identity RBAC endpoint security and cybersecurity concepts
• Experience supporting hybrid and remote working environments
• Experience in project-driven environments including design reviews and technical decision-making
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to mentor colleagues and transfer technical knowledge
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

• Dutch or French: Native or equivalent level
• Good passive knowledge of the second national language
• English: Active knowledge
