Job Description
As a technical-commercial account manager you work within the technical-commercial management department. The client portfolio for account managers in this department consists exclusively of professional clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large corporations.
You are an expert in the field of electricity. You have mastered all aspects of the sector: electrical grid configurations component communication flexibility sustainable operations targeted investments the impact of clients process technologies common issues and current challenges market players and the legal framework. You are also knowledgeable about sustainability and climate-related issues.
You enjoy interacting with clients and know how to build expand and maintain technical-commercial relationships. You are highly customer-oriented. You champion your product offering and respond to client needs while remaining mindful of the boundaries of what can be provided. You act as the voice of the company to the client. You are comfortable discussing both topics where you possess deep technical expertise and matters where you rely on information provided internally.
You are flexible. You thrive in a changing environment-one where products are still under development and the initial pioneering phase has passed but full maturity has not yet been reached. You can handle rapidly changing information and pressure from external clients. You are willing to travel regularly throughout Flanders.
You work efficiently and are results-oriented. You are skilled at prioritizing and planning. You are granted the autonomy to manage your work independently. While working independently you know how to coordinate effectively with the rest of the team-finding or sharing essential information. You provide reports that are concise clear and appropriately frequent. You possess strong communication skills (clear proactive and appropriately interactive).
Context:
- Proven experience with the technology in question or similar technology expert level (8 years)
- Higher education (Masters or Bachelors degree) or equivalent through experience
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
