Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.

Youll play a critical role in supporting the deployment and continuous improvement of mainline signalling systems. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (deployment teams engineers project teams and customers) conduct root cause analyses and help define best practices for continuous improvement.

Youll specifically take care of providing technical hotline support for trackside signalling solutions but also contribute to knowledge sharing and the creation of reusable troubleshooting resources.

Well look to you for:

• Serving as the technical point of reference for hotline support on trackside signalling solutions
• Reviewing issues raised by deployment teams identifying recurring trends and providing clear answers or escalation inputs when needed
• Carrying out root cause analysis and fault diagnosis using structured methods
• Recording issues solutions lessons learned and troubleshooting steps in a clear concise and rigorous way
• Collaborating with engineers stakeholders project teams and customers to ensure reliable support and professional communication
• Supporting continuous improvement through post-incident reviews knowledge sharing and the definition of best practices

• Masters degree in Engineering such as Aerospace Electronics Automation Robotics or Computer Science
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Good understanding of system development principles and ability to analyze complex system architectures
• Solid knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP GSM-R and FRMCS
• Strong written English with clear rigorous and concise documentation skills
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Ada C C and scripting languages like Python
• Strong analytical skills a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a highly technical environment
• Ability to work effectively across functions and support other teams with a customer-focused approach
• Interest in documentation-based analysis and on-target investigation
