Job Summary

Surveying & Mapping Technician (Property Valuation Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Surveying & Mapping Technician / Certified Property Valuation Expert to perform independent valuations of real estate for public-sector property acquisitions and disposals. This is a fully remote on-call assignment involving a variety of residential commercial historical and complex properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent market valuations of real estate assets.
  • Prepare accurate and well-documented valuation reports within agreed deadlines.
  • Assess simple historical and complex properties using appropriate valuation methodologies.
  • Apply yield and investment valuation calculations where required.
  • Ensure valuations comply with applicable legislation regulations and professional standards.
  • Respond to client questions and update valuation reports when necessary.
  • Deliver reports and supporting documentation through the required digital platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Certified and sworn Land Surveyor-Expert authorized to independently sign valuation reports.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property valuation.
  • Strong experience valuing historical and complex real estate.
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate valuation techniques and investment/yield calculations.
  • Experience delivering valuation services for public-sector organizations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent report writing analytical and communication skills.
Languages
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.
Work Arrangement
  • Fully remote.
  • On-call assignment with approximately 60 property valuations over the contract period.
  • Valuation reports must generally be delivered within 20 working days of each assignment.
  • The proposed rate should be all-inclusive covering administration travel documentation meetings report revisions and all costs related to the assignment.
