For the Performance & Care GBU the Supply Chain Specialist:

• Drives andrecommends best practices in terms ofSupply Chain processesandoptimizesSAPuses(proposes and monitors evolutions) recommends and deploys bestoperationalpracticesacross the OTC stream (CustomerService LogisticsExecution & Sales & Distribution modules).
• SupportsOtC Logistics and P2P SCusersanddata management for interfaces (BWDynaSys CRM)with occasional operational trouble shootingfacilitiesKey User networks to understand operational challengesidentifytraining needs and launch improvement plans
  

We count on you to:

OTC domains:

• Accountable to manage autonomouslyandfacilitateprojects related to OTC scope.
• Ensure best practices sharing (cross-fertilization) process improvements collaborate with end users on procedures. Takingthe bestpractices in certain regions and trying to replicate them in other regions.
• Provide specific training to new and existing end users.
• Streamline operations for higherefficiency.
• Implement new process & tools including digital solutions be the point of contact for Digital Technology teams (test new flowsparticipatein global projectsetc.). Being involved in ERPrebuildandmasterdata cleaning for the ERP separation.
• Provide to support functions better understanding of the GBU specificities and requirements identifies the needs of evolutions in SAP generated by difficulties to work with SAP modifications in the enterprise organization coordinates the implementation of the evolutions (master data update procedure modifications request for technical evolution).
• Supports OTC processes which involve3PLusage ( warehouses) andensures smooth operational use of SAP and associated tools supports users both internal and in 3PLs with process enhancements and troubleshooting. ( or troubleshoot EDI connection between SAP and warehouse system)
• Has an awareness ofGLM and labeling solutionsand supportstechnicalfunctionalityissues.
• Assistoperational teams (mainly Logisticsand Customer Service teams WW) on specific issues support in raising Helpdesk tickets where necessary interact with support functions for smoother resolution.

You will bring:

• Degree in Process Engineering Business Finance Economics Supply Chain Management preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain andinOrder to Cash process
• Experience working in a cross-functional role and in project management data analysis and systems improvements
• Systemsknowledge:good knowledge of SAP OTC (SD LE IM MM) and BW
• Demonstrable project management skills together with the ability tooperatein a complex multinational environment. Must be able to adapt and work autonomouslyin a global context.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and across functionsgloballyand to influence in order to reach consensus on best practices and harmonization you are able to communicate complex technical matters in a succinct and clear way to both technical and non-technical people in both written and verbal forms. Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
• A logicalrigorousand scientific approach to problem solvingisessential.
• Ability to appreciate / interpret regulatory requirements for example packaging legislation (in complex cases with support from experts)
• Primary language Englishbut other languages of interest

You will get:

• The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 32000.00 to 40000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills experience qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
