Strategy Manager
Job Summary
As Strategy Manager within BU Frozen you play a key role in shaping growth across European markets. You support regional teams with high-impact projects such as market entry competitive analysis and long-range this role you combine deep analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management translating insights into actionable strategies that drive real business outcomes.
Function
- Support the development of strategic initiatives such as market entry (organic and inorganic via M&A) and growth strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to support decision making.
- Support acquisitions and joint ventures from evaluation to integration.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the translation of strategy into action.
- Develop high-quality presentations for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
- Drive decision-making and follow up on the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- 2030% of travel time is expected (inside Europe mainly).
In this function you will report to the strategy director of BU Frozen.
Your Profile
- You have 46 years of experience in strategy consulting or a corporate strategy environment.
- You hold a Masters degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data and building models.
- You are able to structure complex problems and translate insights into clear actionable recommendations.
- You have excellent communication skills and can influence stakeholders at different levels without formal authority.
- You combine a strong business mindset with a hands-on proactive and result-driven attitude.
