Strategic Implementation Consultant Benelux Market

Lightspeed is looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to help high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux successfully implement our POS and SaaS solutions. If youre passionate about hospitality tech project management and delivering real impact for enterprise customers we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients

• Deliver a white-glove high-touch experience

• Plan coordinate and executego-lives on-site training and support

• Act as atrusted product and technical advisor

• Partner withSales Customer Success and Support teams to resolve escalations

• Keep clientsengaged satisfied and transactional through proactive follow-ups

• Maintain clearimplementation documentation and process guides

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in B2B client-facing roles

• Background in hospitality retail or project management

  • Fluent inDutch (spoken & written) French is a plus

• Strongcommunication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with POS or SaaS platforms

• Understanding ofSaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes
