Job Summary

Job Title: Strategic Demand Analyst Digital Transformation

Location: Brussels Belgium (Hybrid minimum 2 days on-site)

Contract Duration: Full-time until end of 2026 (renewable)

Role Overview:
This role supports a large-scale digital transformation program by structuring analyzing and prioritizing IT-related initiatives within a complex public sector environment. The Strategic Demand Analyst works closely with business IT governance finance procurement and architecture teams to ensure that IT investments align with strategic priorities budgets and operational capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and clarify business requests requiring IT support
  • Evaluate strategic alignment feasibility sustainability and business value of initiatives
  • Develop lightweight business cases including costs benefits risks and impacts
  • Support prioritization and consolidation of IT initiatives and portfolios
  • Prepare decision-making documentation for governance boards and management
  • Collaborate with PMO procurement finance architecture and IT teams
  • Ensure transparency consistency and comparability across initiatives
  • Contribute to digital transformation and process optimization activities
