DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role
As the Solution Engineer Security you will:
- Assist our Solution Engineering team on projects delivered through our reseller and system integrator channel.
- Deliver Proofs of Concept in live network environments.
- Give demo presentations of our products.
- Deliver technical training and professional services.
- After training on our high-end products you will provide technical support for the vendors and solutions in our portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you
The ideal Solution Engineer Security:
- IT graduate or higher.
- At least around 4 years of field experience.
- Practical knowledge of IT network design and principles including routing and switching.
- Affinity with network security including forward/reverse proxy web filtering and authentication.
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial skills.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch English and French.
- Analytical approach to managing issues and tasks.
- Flexible and proactive mindset.
- Strong motivation to continuously grow on a technical level through training courses self-study and hands-on experience.
