SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator for NATO with security clearance

The scope of this project is the ASO SharePoint environment with a focus on both Protective and CIS Security requirements. The contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive assessment redesign and automation of the platform to improve standardization usability and security.

Responsibilities:

Current ASO SharePoint Assessment and Analysis

• Review the current SharePoint structure permissions and usage.

• Identify gaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Collect and review ASO requirements

SharePoint Redesign and automation

• Redesign SharePoint pages to improve standardization usability and user experience using current IKM (Information Knowledge Management) best practices.

• Optimize navigation document libraries metadata structure and content organization.

• Identify workflows and processes that can be automated.

• Implement automated workflows and processes.

• Review and implement role-based access controls and permission structures.

Finalization and Knowledge Transfer

• Provide technical and functional documentation for the SharePoint handover

• Present final result to ASO steering committee.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• SharePoint environments.

• UX/UI improvements within SharePoint.

• Implementing secure SharePoint environments for securitysensitive or regulated industries.

• English writing skills and the ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience.

• The contractor shall have a valid NATO Secret (NS) security clearance.
