ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Application Architect (Hybrid Brussels)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to support the transition of a large-scale HR Service Delivery platform into operational mode within a complex enterprise environment.
The role focuses on stabilizing maintaining and evolving HR digital services while ensuring knowledge transfer governance and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition of the ServiceNow HRSD platform into operational mode
- Stabilize and optimize existing HR service catalog solutions
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD functionalities
- Implement and improve HR processes and workflows
- Develop and maintain platform customizations using JavaScript
- Provide support maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Ensure proper documentation and operational procedures are maintained
- Transfer knowledge to internal ServiceNow teams and support capability building
- Contribute to platform governance architecture and integration with other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with technical teams stakeholders and business users

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow platform administration and development
- ServiceNow HRSD module

- JavaScript development within ServiceNow
- Experience with operational transition and knowledge transfer activities
- Experience within public sector environments is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Languages
- Dutch: Active knowledge
- French: Active knowledge
- English: Active knowledge
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to undergo a security screening and/or security clearance procedure
- Belgian nationality required
- Candidates should currently reside in Belgium
