Job Summary
Service Designer (UX/UI)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to bridge the gap between user experience strategy and digital interface design. You will design end-to-end service experiences from user research and journey mapping to wireframing prototyping and solution validation ensuring seamless and user-centered digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Design and map user journeys personas customer experiences and service blueprints.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to translate service design concepts into digital solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders project teams and users.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all user touchpoints and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure UX best practices and accessibility standards are respected.
- Support continuous improvement through user testing analytics and performance evaluation.
- Contribute to the implementation of information security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Service Design UX Design or Digital Experience Design.
- Expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into user-centered solutions.
- Experience creating user journeys service blueprints wireframes and prototypes.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project environments.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable user insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
