Senior Transversal Architect Java/Angular
Location: Brussels Belgium Hybrid
Experience: 10 years
Level: Expert
We are looking for an experienced Transversal Architect with strong Java/Angular expertise to lead development initiatives and coach development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Java development projects and ensure scalable high-quality solutions.
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
- Manage Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD processes.
- Coach and mentor junior and medior developers.
- Establish engineering practices covering code quality testing CI/CD and technical standards.
- Optimise application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical architecture and delivery.
Key Requirements
- Masters degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
- 10 years of Java/Angular development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Tech Lead experience.
- Recent experience in engineering practices and developer coaching/mentoring.
- Strong knowledge of Java Angular Spring Boot REST Kubernetes Docker CI/CD and GitLab.
- Native/bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch and professional English.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern software architecture.
