Senior Test Manager SAP S4 IS-U JP054812

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA IS-U Test Manager to lead testing activities across a large-scale SAP transformation programme within the utilities sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy coordinating end-to-end testing activities ensuring solution quality across SAP and integrated systems and acting as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA IS-U Utilities business processes JIRA administration and structured Test Management methodologies.

• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for SAP transformation projects
• Develop integrated test plans and testing approaches
• Manage the complete test lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and reporting
• Coordinate business and IT teams throughout all testing phases
• Design maintain and manage comprehensive test scenarios and test libraries
• Monitor defects coordinate resolution and manage risk throughout the testing process
• Build real-time dashboards and KPIs to monitor testing progress
• Ensure all interfaces integrations and applications are fully tested to prevent regression issues
• Review SAP blueprints and identify testing impacts
• Coach and mentor project teams on testing best practices
• Produce reusable testing documentation and governance artefacts
• Report testing progress risks and quality metrics to Project Managers and Steering Committees
