Senior Test Lead Change Management

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead Change Management to drive Quality Engineering transformation within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of BDD automation-first shift-left and continuous testing practices.
- Define and implement test automation and BDD strategies using tools such as Cucumber SpecFlow Selenium Playwright and REST Assured.
- Work across multiple Agile squads to standardise testing approaches and quality gates.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab and Azure DevOps.
- Establish quality engineering Communities of Practice and promote a quality-focused culture.
- Manage senior stakeholders governance reporting and transformation KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics such as automation coverage defect leakage and delivery cycle time.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Quality Engineering BDD test automation and test architecture.
- Experience with Agile DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira Azure DevOps and Power BI is beneficial.
