Senior Test Analyst Functional Quality Specialist Job ID JP054478

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to ensure the functional quality reliability and integrity of a large-scale digital platform handling high-volume business-critical transactions and sensitive data exchanges. The role focuses on functional validation test analysis end-to-end process verification and quality assurance within an Agile environment.

• Analyse user stories business requirements and functional specifications to ensure testability and quality from the earliest stages of development.
• Design document and maintain functional test scenarios covering business rules workflows integrations and end-to-end processes.
• Identify functional gaps edge cases risks and inconsistencies across interconnected systems.
• Create and maintain structured test cases regression suites and test documentation using test management tools.
• Execute functional integration regression and end-to-end testing activities.
• Track test execution progress defects and quality metrics.
• Collaborate closely with developers product owners business stakeholders and QA teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation execution and validation.
• Contribute to release readiness assessments and Go/No-Go recommendations.
• Assist in the automation of functional and regression test suites in collaboration with automation engineers.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst Functional Tester Quality Owner or similar role.
• Strong expertise in test analysis test design scenario creation and functional validation.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as TestLink Xray Zephyr Scale Octane or equivalent.
• Experience using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Experience supporting and coordinating UAT activities with business stakeholders.
• Exposure to test automation tools such as Playwright Cypress Postman or equivalent.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured and methodical testing approach.
• Ability to identify edge cases and integration risks.
• Strong focus on traceability test coverage and quality reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Agile mindset with a proactive hands-on attitude.

• Experience in regulated or public-sector environments.
• Experience testing complex multi-system integrations.
• Experience validating web and mobile applications.
