Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Expert to lead the design development configuration and continuous improvement of a ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions optimizing ITSM processes and ensuring alignment with business and ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and configure ServiceNow solutions and platform enhancements
• Customize and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM CMDB and HRSD
• Analyze business and stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop workflows business rules UI policies scripts and automation processes
• Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs LDAP and SSO
• Ensure platform stability performance maintenance and continuous optimization
• Contribute to ServiceNow governance and ITIL process improvements
• Provide technical guidance user support and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration
• Experience with ITSM CMDB and HRSD modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML/CSS Glide API Flow Designer Service Portal and Reporting
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs LDAP and SSO
• Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and best practices
• Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform governance

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Application Developer certification is an asset
