Senior Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to design develop and maintain scalable Java applications in a collaborative Agile environment. You will work closely with stakeholders lead the development of key components mentor team members and ensure the delivery of high-quality reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Design and develop scalable Java applications following best practices.
• Lead the development of critical application components.
• Conduct code reviews testing and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevOps practices.

Required Skills:

• 810 years of Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java PostgreSQL and complex information systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with excellent English.
