Senior HR Manager (Part-Time)
Overview
An organisation operating in a fast-evolving IT and digital environment is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations lead operational HR projects and support employee development initiatives. This role combines hands-on HR management with project leadership and social dialogue responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations ensuring efficiency compliance and service quality.
- Lead and coordinate operational HR projects such as training management workflows salary transparency initiatives and process improvements.
- Participate in social dialogue activities including works councils health and safety committees and employee representative meetings.
- Support recruitment onboarding and talent acquisition activities when required.
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
- Supervise and coach an HR Assistant supporting their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
- Collaborate with external partners and service providers to optimize HR processes and workflows.
- Contribute to talent management performance management and employee experience initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational HR management.
- Strong experience in payroll administration controls and coordination with external payroll providers.
- Experience leading HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of talent management employee development and performance management.
- Experience participating in social dialogue and employee relations activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supervising or mentoring HR team members.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
