Senior Functional Analyst HR

ARHS Group part of Accenture- is looking for a hands-on Functional Analyst HR to reinforce a dynamic ICT team working on a large-scale HR transformation program. You will play a key role in the delivery of a HR Connector platform (AWS serverless) enabling seamless integration between multiple HR systems (payroll time management LMS recruitment).

• You are a pragmatic and hands-on Functional Analyst with a strong delivery mindset
• You quickly integrate into ongoing projects 
• You take ownership end-to-end from analysis to implementation follow-up and testing
• You proactively contribute to user story definition and refinement with the Product Owner and team
• You are comfortable challenging external partners and collaborating across technical teams (infrastructure architecture security B2B)
• You demonstrate:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • A results-driven mindset with focus on quality and deadlines
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good understanding of the other national language

Technical skills

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst within the HR domain
• Solid understanding of HR systems such as payroll time management LMS and recruitment tools
• Strong technical affinity (integration concepts APIs data flows etc.)
• Experience with complex system integrations (point-to-point or platform-based)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology
• Ability to:
  • Perform functional and impact analyses
  • Support implementation and configuration
  • Contribute to testing and validation
  • Assist with operational support (incident & ticket resolution)

Additional Information :

Work Environment 

• Hybrid setup: 34 days remote work
• Minimum 1 day/week on-site (Schaerbeek area)
