Business Analyst

• Synductis unites various utility companies active underground. By coordinating the infrastructure works of different utility companies Synductis ensures less disruption and faster more cost-efficient service delivery.
• To achieve this Synductis is establishing an integrated collaboration model between the various utility companies and the awarded contractors. Within this collaboration model various aspects of working in the public domain come together ranging from the application of the practical guidelines to planning and logistics bills of quantities approvals and financial flows.
• Due to changes to the collaboration model Synductis is seeking a business consultant who
• Can: - clearly structure the collaboration model in close cooperation with the stakeholders of the various utility companies;
• Draft briefing documents;
• Conduct information and training sessions;
• Coordinate the phase-in and phase-out phases of the new collaboration model with all stakeholders.

Skills

• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst
• Demonstrable experience within the energy sector and knowledge of collaboration models and synergies within a complex organizational context.
• Demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops.
• Demonstrable experience with the development and optimization of business processes (BPM)
• The candidate can demonstrate during the interview that he/she possesses the necessary knowledge of synergies within utility companies.
• The candidate describes in a maximum of one A4 page why he/she is immediately up and running for this assignment and can convincingly explain his/her suitability and added value.
• The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that they possess the necessary agility proactivity and solution-oriented.
• The candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills during an interview.
• Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2.
• Demonstrable experience within Change mgt (training training materials ...).
• Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management

Should have

• The candidate holds a higher education degree (bachelor or master) with a technical or engineering background and uploads the diploma.
• Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2.
