Senior Functional Analyst CRM D365

• We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst to strengthen its teams on user and citizen relationship management (CRM) projects for the administrations and institutions of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
• Working between business units and technical teams you will gather and analyze user needs then translate them into functional solutions based on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• You will ensure that the delivered solutions are consistent high-quality and adopted by users prioritizing standard tool solutions over custom development.
• You will work using agile (Scrum) or hybrid methodologies collaborating with the project manager product owner solution architect D365 developers and testing teams.
  As a consultant you will be subject to the same working conditions as our internal staff: a hybrid model combining on-site and remote work with a minimum of 50% of your time spent in our offices.
• The role is conducted exclusively in French.
• Needs analysis and scoping
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather clarify and prioritize requirements.
• Analyze existing processes (AS-IS) and model target processes (TO-BE) for example using BPMN.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of the Power Platform: Power Apps (model-driven) Power Automate and Power BI
• Knowledge of portals/PowerPages: an asset
• Knowledge of the GDPR and data protection issues
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and data
• Proficient in configuring Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
