Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst. The ideal candidate holds a Masters degree in Computer Science or Management Engineering along with an IREB certification.
The candidate must be trilingual in French English and Dutch while knowledge of German is considered an asset.
The successful candidate should have more than 25 years of solid experience in the functional/business analysis of IT projects. Recent and proven experience within a Public Service Institution is required while experience in a Public Social Security Institution (PSSI) is considered a significant advantage.
The candidate should have extensive experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment and be able to facilitate collaboration among the various stakeholders involved in a project. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies PRINCE2 and a solid understanding of data and architecture concepts are addition to core Functional Analysis competencies the candidate must be capable of performing acceptance functional and end-to-end testing.
