We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in post-trade settlement operations or capital markets to support business analysis and requirements activities within a financial services environment.

• Lead requirements gathering for settlement workflows matching confirmations and exception handling.
• Analyse and document business requirements and operational needs.
• Develop use case models process flows ER models and functional specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Support the analysis and improvement of post-trade and settlement processes.

• 811 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in post-trade settlement operations or capital markets.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience with:
  • Use case modelling
  • Process flows
  • ER modelling
  • Functional specifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured requirements.
