Mission Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the analysis optimization and documentation of business processes within a highly secure public-sector environment. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and process models.

• Analyze model and optimize business processes and organizational workflows.
• Facilitate workshops interviews and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Produce high-quality business analysis deliverables including process models functional specifications and business requirements.
• Create and maintain BPMN and UML models to support solution design.
• Collaborate with project managers architects and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives governance frameworks and IT solutions.
• Support Agile project delivery by refining requirements managing backlogs and participating in project ceremonies.
• Contribute to governance compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use Jira for requirements tracking documentation and collaboration.

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with:
  • Business Analysis and Business Modeling
  • BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • UML
  • Agile methodologies
  • IT Governance frameworks
  • Jira
• Strong stakeholder management facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Experience working in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments is an asset.

• Belgian nationality is required.
• Possession of a Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Full on-site presence required in Brussels (no remote work possible).
• Native Dutch or French speaker with good knowledge of the other national language and English.
