Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10 years of experience to join a dynamic project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging the gap between business and technology gathering and documenting requirements and driving successful project delivery in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit analyze document and manage business stakeholder solution and transition requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners Solution Architects and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and technology strategies.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Define detailed functional requirements user stories and use cases.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to establish project goals metrics and performance objectives.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development teams and remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support product system performance and user acceptance testing by defining test conditions and expected outcomes.
• Conduct impact analysis and manage requirements traceability.
• Participate in design reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive business analysis activities across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners Architects Project Managers and development teams.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management traceability and impact analysis.
• Experience creating functional specifications user stories and use cases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.
