Senior Business Analyst

Location: Antwerp Belgium (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time)

Were looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of a large-scale logistics platform. Youll play a key role in analysing business needs improving processes and translating complex requirements into high-value digital solutions within a multi-stakeholder environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a business-focused analyst with strong stakeholder management skills and experience delivering digital platforms in complex environments.

• Gather analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders Product Owners architects and development teams.
• Analyse and optimise business processes.
• Define solution approaches and support successful digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Support Agile delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with business process modelling and optimisation.
• Experience writing functional specifications and business requirements.
• Knowledge of data architecture and information flows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Azure DevOps
  • PlantUML
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with:

• Business cases and impact analyses.
• Roadmap development.
• Message Implementation Guides (MIGs).
• API interface analysis and documentation.
• Integration patterns and message structures.
• Data modelling and information exchange within complex ecosystems.
• Functional analysis in government logistics maritime or regulated industries.
• Test preparation test scenarios UAT coordination and QA collaboration.
• Change management business readiness user adoption and end-user training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proactive collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Passion for driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Dutch Native or Bilingual Proficiency
• English Professional Working Proficiency

• Candidates must be willing to undergo a mandatory security screening before the contract can commence.
