Senior Azure Data Engineer

You are part of the Smart Data team a cloud/edge-driven agile SAFe product team where open and smooth collaboration with business stakeholders analysts and IT colleagues is central.

Your responsibilities:

• Designing developing and maintaining data products to support:
  • reporting purposes are made accessible via Power BI. Implementing final reports and dashboards is not your direct responsibility but you naturally work closely with analysts and data consumers.
  • Operational integration purposes. Various integrations between Rydoo SAP S/4HANA SAP SuccessFactors IBM AS400 IBM Maximo etc. have already been set up via the Azure cloud and need to be further expanded/maintained.

• Promoting and implementing industry standards regarding software-oriented data design incremental data flows data modeling security etc.
• Analyze data together with analysts and business stakeholders and gain insights into the structure and coherence of the data.
• Actively contribute to the further digitalization and the implementation of innovative technologies.

Required competencies:

• You collaborate smoothly with colleagues across different departments.
• You operate within the agile SAFe planning framework and handle changing and/or overlapping priorities proactively and communicatively.
• Experience with importing and processing data from ERP and asset management systems is considered an our environment we integrate data from SAP S/4HANA SAP SuccessFactors IBM AS400 and IBM Maximo among others. Furthermore data from various SaaS platforms such as Power BI and SharePoint is also imported and processed. Experience with APIs is therefore also a plus.
