The Records & Information Management (RIM) Operations Specialist supports the RIM Operations (RIM OPS) EMEA team in delivering Records and Information Management services across multiple companies within the Innovative Medicine MedTech and Corporate sectors.
The purpose of Records and Information Management (RIM) is to ensure records are managed efficiently and effectively throughout their entire lifecyclefrom creation to dispositionwhile maintaining compliance with legal regulatory security and historical preservation requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting organizational compliance operational excellence and the digital transformation of RIM processes
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
Interest or experience in Records and Information Management (RIM).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive change and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint Excel Power Automate and Power Apps.
Fluent in English.
Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10 years of experience in global data depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
