Senior Agile Scrum Master-VEB000280

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Scrum Master to improve Agile delivery and Scrum practices across two technical teams (.NET Development and Data). The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies coach teams optimize delivery processes and help establish a structured high-performing Agile environment.

• Mandatory On-site Attendance: Wednesdays and additional meetings including IT Steering Committee Project Board and project-related activities.

• Act as the dedicated Scrum Master for multiple development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coach individuals and teams on Agile values principles and Scrum best practices.
• Improve Agile maturity and optimize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Remove impediments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with development testing and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Promote collaboration transparency and effective Agile execution.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure and/or software development projects.
• Strong experience using Agile tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Azure DevOps
  • MS Project
• Proven experience with:
  • Backlog management
  • Sprint Planning
  • Retrospectives
  • Agile coaching and facilitation
  • Software testing processes
• Experience improving SDLC processes within development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum principles and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR Level C2 (Mandatory).

• Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification.
• Experience managing or supporting security-related projects (e.g. NIS2 ISO audits cybersecurity initiatives).
• Experience working within government/public sector environments.
• Experience within the utilities sector.
