Senior Actuary Manager

What your day will look like

• As an Employee Benefits Actuary Expert you will take ownership of complex actuarial projects and deliverhigh-quality results while guiding and developing others. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and performing actuarial valuations for employee benefits underIAS19 (IFRS) and ASC 715 (USGAAP).

• Supporting audit teams withtechnicalexpertiseon employee benefits accounting including review of pension obligations (IFRS/USGAAP) and IORP technical provisions (Belgian legislation).

• Acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on employee benefits and pensions matters.

• Collaborating across PwC teams to deliver integrated client-focused solutions.

• Managing projects planningtimelinesand budgets to ensure high-quality andtimelydelivery.

• Coaching and mentoring colleagues fostering learning knowledgesharingand team growth.

• Contributing to the development of new servicesinnovationand business opportunities within the actuarial practice.

What we expect from you

• We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven professional who combines strong technicalexpertisewith leadership and coaching skills:

• Qualified actuary withat least 8 years of experiencein employee benefits and actuarial consulting.

• Strong knowledge ofIAS19 / ASC 715and Belgian pension legislation (IORP).

• Proven experience in managing projects and taking ownership from planning to delivery.

• Ability tocoach develop and empower team members providing clear feedback and supporting their growth.

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to translate complex actuarial topics into clear practical insights for non-specialists.

• A critical and analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Proactiveadaptableand comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving context.

• Commercial awareness and the ability toidentifyclient needs and opportunities.

• Fluent in English with a good command of French and/or Dutch.
