Job Description:

For Qwith the option to extend till 2028 we offer a temporary position within CMC Regulatory Affairs (CMC RA).

CMC Regulatory Affairs (Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls) ensures that medicines are developed manufactured and controlled in a way that meets global regulatory requirements. The team translates complex scientific and engineering data (e.g. production processes quality specifications and analytical methods) into regulatory dossiers and strategies to obtain and maintain product approvals worldwide. It offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science data and systems where structured information digital tools and analytical thinking are key to driving efficient high-quality regulatory decisions.

This role is particularly attractive for candidates with a strong interest in data systems and digitalisation offering hands-on experience in how scientific data is structured governed and used to enable global decision-making in a highly regulated environment.

Principal responsibilities

Contribute as a technical subject matter expert to system and data initiatives supporting CMC Regulatory Affairs (e.g. defining user needs data models and system interactions)

Support the design implementation and continuous improvement of regulatory systems and data processes

Ensure high-quality consistent and compliant data through governance process optimisation and data integrity initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Quality Supply Chain IT) on digital and data-driven projects

Support training documentation and user adoption of systems and processes within CMC RA

Participate in broader CMC RA or Global Regulatory Affairs initiatives focused on innovation and continuous improvement

Position Requirements

Masters degree in bioengineering biosciences pharmaceutical sciences or related field

Strong affinity with systems data and digital tools (e.g. databases Excel data structuring)

Interest in applying scientific knowledge in a regulatory and data-driven environment

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Interest or initial exposure to regulatory processes is a plus but not required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

52000.00 - 82685.00
