We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Administrator to join the ICT Systems & Operations this role you will provide security administration and authorization support across multiple SAP platforms within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the ICT Security team to design implement maintain and optimize SAP authorization concepts while ensuring compliance security and operational continuity across various SAP technologies.

• Build maintain and optimize authorization concepts across SAP environments.
• Manage and support SAP security and user authorizations.
• Design and maintain authorization structures for SAP ABAP systems.
• Build and maintain security authorizations on SAP HANA databases.
• Manage security roles and authorizations within SAP Fiori applications.
• Support authorization management on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure secure access management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP security-related incidents and access issues.
• Contribute to security governance compliance and best practices.
• Provide expert advice on SAP security architecture and authorization strategies.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar SAP Security role.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules such as:
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • WM (Warehouse Management)
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • LO (Logistics Execution)
  • PS (Project Systems)
  • PM (Plant Maintenance)
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining authorizations on SAP ABAP systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining authorizations on SAP HANA databases.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining authorizations on SAP Fiori applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP IS-U.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and maintaining authorizations on SAP BTP.
• Demonstrated active experience as a SAP Security Administrator during the past 12 months.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent through relevant professional experience.

• Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR C2).

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing implementing and managing authorization concepts.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining authorizations on SAP Java systems.
• Experience working within large-scale utility or infrastructure environments.

• Experience within the Belgian energy sector.
• Knowledge of utility business processes and regulatory environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP landscapes with multiple integrated systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of SAP security architecture and authorization frameworks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach to security compliance and risk management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.
• Remote work opportunities are available subject to agreement with the team manager and business requirements.
