SAP Manager (m/f/x)

To strengthen our IT Team at our headquarters in Eynatten Belgium we are looking for a SAP Manager (m/f/x).

As SAP Manager SD/MM/PP/WM you will play a key role in the continuous development of our SAP landscape across the core business processes Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Plan-to-Produce and Warehouse-to-Dispatch. You will act as a trusted partner between Business and IT design future-proof solutions aligned with SAP best practices and actively contribute to the optimization of our international business processes.

• Own and manage the SAP modules SD MM PP and WM across the entire value chainAnalyze evaluate and prioritize business requirements from various departments.
• Design and implement sustainable SAP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
• Support customizing testing rollouts migrations and go-live activities
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and related functions such as Finance Logistics Production and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate key users external SAP consultants system integrators and service providers.
• Lead or contribute to international SAP projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage incidents identify root causes and drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain functional documentation and provide training and support to key users.
• Ensure high standards of data quality as well as stable and efficient end-to-end business processes.

• Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Information Technology or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SD MM PP and WM in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in SAP projects rollouts migrations and process optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of integrated business processes across the supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP customizing and interfaces such as EDI APIs and IDocs.
• Analytical structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Fluent in German or French with a good command of English.
